if you are a single person, a couple, parent with child looking to visit sayulita for a week to several months and need your own private space equipped with the basics, kitchen, cook ware, private bathroom, bedding, internet and utilities all included, sayulita cabins is a good option at a good value. We provide a clean peaceful private and secure space that is more like renting a tiny house than renting a square box in a hotel. We are set up for people who intend to stay a while or people who just want their own space.

sayulita cabins is a guest house made up of a cluster of cabins on a walled property located in the tamarindos neighborhood of sayulita. it is in the 1st neighborhood along the river from the town center. it is a 10 minute walk to the town center and or the main beach, far enough from the town center to avoid most of the noise but close enough to easily walk back and forth to town. by bike it is just a few minutes to anywhere in town.
the units are all equipped with private baths, kitchens and private outdoor space so guests can settle in and stay for a while. the demand for short term monthly rentals has been on the rise and this place is ideal for that. the location however is close enough to town for nightly rentals.
brief description of property-
7 unit rental property with 6 studio cabins and a 2 bedroom cabin.
there are 4 studio cabins (limon #1, mango#2,platano#3,lichi#4)( in the gate and back of property) on the upper level that are of the same layout and measure 16x16 ft (5x5m) inside have 1 bathroom a kitchenette and a private patio.
there are 2 studio cabins (papaya on left coco on right) in the front of the property with street access that measure 20x20 ft. (6x6m) and have a similar layout as the other studios but have 2 full sized beds and have private entrances from the street and on the 2nd level above parking spaces.
the 2 bedroom (in gate first on left) measures about 900 sq/ft (80m) of interior space plus a covered patio area of about 180 sq/ft ..total about 1100 sq/ft(100m). the patio has a 8 x10 dipping pool or hot tub that is about 50" deep , an out door kitchenette, 1/2 bath, outdoor shower. the cabin also has an private laundry room.
the upper level has a laundry room. there is also a shared courtyard separating the units and an out door kitchen.

the above floor plan shows 2 beds in the back 2 cabins which now is no longer is an option. they will only have 1 bed. the floor plans do not show tables or furniture.
